PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor and a program capable of efficiently performing processing relevant to recognition of products.SOLUTION: The information processor includes: extraction means that extracts a feature quantity from images of a product taken by imaging means; calculation means that compares the feature quantity of each of products which are registered in a dictionary by being associated with a piece of instruction information instructing execution or non-execution of automatic confirmation and the feature quantity extracted by the extraction means to calculate the similarity therebetween; recognition means that recognizes the products which have the similarity equal to or larger than threshold value from the products registered in the dictionary as product candidates; determination means that determines the instruction information associated with the product candidates; and display control means that, when determined as associated with the instruction information instructing non-execution of the automatic confirmation, controls to display each of the product candidates recognized by the recognition means in a selectable manner.
