<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity case automatic stacking system for automatization of stacking work.SOLUTION: A commodity case automatic stacking system comprises: a commodity case transport step for picking a corresponding commodity case 12 based on shipment instruction information, and transporting the case by a belt conveyor (transport means) 14; a commodity case classification step for recognizing characteristic information of the commodity case 12 and classifying and transporting the commodity case 12 to transport means 20 for storage corresponding to the characteristic information; a car truck movement step for stacking the commodity case 12, and moving a car truck 22 used for transport to a shipment destination to a stacking area 26 of the commodity case 12; a commodity case stacking step for creating stacking data based on the shipment instruction information, the characteristic information of the commodity case 12, and a stacked state of the commodity case 12, and staking the cases to a predetermined position of the car truck 22 in a predetermined order based on the shipment instruction information; and a car truck discharging step for discharging the respective car trucks 22 from the stacking area 26.</p> |
