PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a femtocell base station for routing a text-based message.SOLUTION: A text-based message originated from a user device or apparatus existing locally is rerouted locally, when a destination device also exists in an area covered by a femtocell. A femtocell base station is configured to activate a certain autonomous control of a local apparatus, based on a rule, and to determine a desired receiver of a message originated locally. |
