<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf training device allowing a user to effectively learn a one-piece swing and being effective for training an approach shot.SOLUTION: The golf training device includes: an arm-worn belt 1 that can be worn around the upper arm near an elbow joint and, the winding length of which is adjustable; a tension belt 2 connected between the arm-worn belt 1 and a portion 3 equivalent to a club head; and a portion 4 at a tip of which the portion 3 equivalent to the club head is mounted and that is equivalent to a club shaft. The base end of the portion 4 equivalent to the club shaft includes a grip 5, and the tension belt 2 can be stretched, with the arm-worn belt 1 worn around the upper arm near the elbow joint and the grip 5 grasped.</p> |
