<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which punches paper at a predetermined position by using a simple structure and conducting simple punching operation control.SOLUTION: An ink jet printer (a printer) includes: a printing part 1; a paper positioning part 2 including a right end part 22 and a left end part 21, the paper positioning part 2 which positions paper at a paper reference position 22a of the right end part 22 by moving the left end part 21 located at the left end side in a horizontal direction that is substantially perpendicular to a paper transfer direction when viewed from the front side; a second roller part 32 and a third roller part 33 which transfer the paper positioned by the paper positioning part 2; and a punch part 4 which is fixedly disposed at a position spaced a predetermined distance away from the horizontal direction center side of the paper transferred from the paper reference position 22a and punches the transferred paper.</p> |
