<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for regenerating a membrane and a regeneration method where the flux of the membrane is efficiently recovered by physically and chemically regenerating fouled membranes with a chemical cleaning agent and ultrasonic wave radiation. Using the ultrasonic wave in the present invention makes the regeneration method simple and the regeneration cost lower than a prior art, leading to the utilization of purity or ultra-purity manufacturing industry like water treatment industry, manufacturing drinking water and semiconductors and cleaning high-priced jewellery and other industries.</p> |
