<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiving device such that while two channels are video-recorded, another channel can be viewed.SOLUTION: A broadcast receiving device comprises: a first tuner; second and third tuners of different kind from the first tuner; first read means of reading first card information out of a first card; second read means of reading second card information out of a second card of different kind from the first card; and signal processing means of descrambling a first channel signal selected by the first tuner based upon the first card information and descrambling second and third channel signals selected by the second and third tuners respectively based upon the second card information.</p> |
