The present invention relates to a transition piece which forms a miter-joint between a tower and a base by using a cylindrical member having the same gradient to easily adjust horizontality and verticality of a structure through relative rotation between members. The transition piece comprises: an upper cylindrical inclined part (10) of which the bottom surface is inclined at a predetermined angle; and a lower cylindrical inclined part (12) of which the top surface is inclined at a predetermined angle to correspondingly come into contact the bottom surface of the upper inclined part (10). The upper inclined part (10) rotates by using a center of a transverse section as an axis to adjust horizontality and verticality of a structure. According to the present invention, since flattening of the ground is unnecessary or minimized, construction costs and periods can be reduced due to the omission of the additional process. |
