PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin a piezoelectric actuator while making a piezoelectric layer less likely to be damaged.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator 22 includes: one piezoelectric layer 41; a common electrode 42 disposed on a lower surface of the piezoelectric layer 41; and individual electrodes 43 disposed on an upper surface of the piezoelectric layer 41. At a substantially central part in a thickness direction, inside the piezoelectric layer 41, there are provided multiple metal patterns 44 disposed at regular intervals in a conveyance direction and a direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction, so as to be overlapped with pressure chambers 10. The multiple metal patterns 44 are not in conduction with each other, nor with other parts. Outermost ones of the metal patterns 44, in the conveyance direction, are disposed across edges of the pressure chambers 10. Some of the metal patterns 44 are overlapped with the individual electrodes 43, and the other ones of the metal patterns 44 are not overlapped with the individual electrodes 43. |
