PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation pressure roll that has excellent compression permanent set and has low hardness and low heat capacity, and a fixing device.SOLUTION: A pressure roll 1 used for a fixing part of a fixing device includes a core body 10, and an elastic layer 11 provided around the core body 10, where the elastic layer 11 is composed of silicone rubber obtained by mixing silicone rubber raw material, micro resin balloons, and water, and then curing the silicone rubber raw material, and the silicone rubber includes air gaps formed through the destruction of the micro resin balloons by the application of pressure and air gaps formed through the evaporation of water. |
