摘要 Provided is a simple and compact microchemical chip that has a fine flow path reliably formed therein through which a valuable specimen of biological origin or a trace amount of a dilute reagent is made to flow; does not break even when a fluid sample is made to flow through pressurization; makes it possible to feed the fluid sample to a flow path accurately, reliably, and as desired; makes it possible to accurately, simply, and quickly analyze a useful substance such as a biological component of the specimen and cause the useful substance to react; and can be produced with a high yield, in large quantities, and so as to be homogeneous. In a microchemical chip (1), a flow path (26) for making a fluid sample selected from a specimen and a reagent flow through pressurization and react chemically passes through a rubber sheet (20); the rubber sheet is sandwiched between metallic, ceramic, glass, or resin base sheets (10, 30); the front and back surfaces of the rubber sheet are coupled to the base sheets (10, 30) directly or through chemical bonding using a silane coupling agent; and holes (11a, 11b) for introducing the fluid sample into the flow path (26) and holes (12a, 12b, 12c) for discharging the fluid sample that has been made to flow through the flow path are formed in a base sheet (10).
