The device has transportation paths (4, 5, 10) for microchips (3), which include a measuring position. Measuring stoppers hold the microchips along the transportation paths in the measuring position. Pre-stoppers hold the microchips in a position upstream from the measuring position into a pre-stopper position. Intermediate stoppers hold the microchips in a position between the measuring position and the pre-stopper position. The intermediate stoppers engage in the transportation paths in an area upstream to the certain edge of the microchips in the measuring position. An independent claim is also included for a method for positioning an electronic microchip for electrically testing the microchip. |
