The present invention relates to a backlight image sensor chip improving chip driving performance. The present invention improves the chip driving performance by performing additional functions like an auxiliary power supply, an auxiliary signal transmission, and an auxiliary operation control on the backlight image sensor chip with a limited area without an additional process by using a region except a pad region with a conductive pad and a sensing region with an optical filter as a region for auxiliary driving. |
