The present invention relates to a method for transmitting a packet frame in a carrier sense multiple access (CSMA) mode and a CSMA communication terminal device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the method for transmitting a packet frame in a CSMA mode in a near field wireless network comprising the steps of: transmitting, by a first terminal, an ACK requiring packet; and transmitting, by the first terminal, a first busy signal packet indicating a busy state of a channel consecutively right after or separately, with a predetermined first interval, from the transmission of the ACK requiring packet by the first terminal.
