<p>A die ejecting apparatus comprises: a stage which supports a dicing tape to which a plurality of dies are adhered and is configured to be moveable horizontally; a die ejector including an ejecting unit in the lower part of the stage in order to push up one among the dies upwardly and selectively, a holder mounted with the ejecting unit therein and having an open lower part, and a driving unit which is inserted into the open lower part of the holder, is combined to be separable from the ejecting unit by magnetic force, and moves the ejecting unit in a vertical direction; a holder reception unit disposed on the edge part of the stage and receiving the holder mounted with the ejecting unit therein and a second holder mounted with a second ejecting unit therein; and a holder transfer unit replacing the holder mounted with the ejecting unit therein with the second holder mounted with the second ejecting unit therein.</p> |
