<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble and disassemble a blind panel to be installed at a building opening or the like by simple means without fixing respective view shield plates to a frame member with a machine screw or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the blind panel configured by attaching respective ends 8a of the view shield plates 8 to an opposing surface side in a pair of frame members 2 facing each other, a required number of insertion holes 7a for fitting and inserting the end of the view shield plate 8 are opened in the longitudinal direction on a holding plate 7 extending along the opposing surface side of the pair of frame member, a tongue piece 8b formed in the state of elastically cutting and raising the longitudinal direction center part side of the view shield plate is provided on both ends of the respective view shield plates, and the tongue piece is elastically put in when the view shield plate end is inserted to the insertion hole but it is restored and the distal end is locked to a holding plate inner surface side after insertion.
