<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring video display unit capable of displaying monitoring video by which a viewer can engage in monitoring work more intuitive and accurate than a conventional manner. <P>SOLUTION: A monitoring video display unit 10 includes: video display means 16 for displaying a video derived from a monitoring camera 101 that controls the shooting direction and shoots a monitoring target area according to the shooting direction; device state information acquisition means 14 for acquiring shooting direction information on the monitoring camera 101; additional information acquisition means 12 for acquiring positional information on a monitoring object in the monitoring target area and additional information from another external system 111; and additional information display means 15 for adding additional information to the monitoring object contained in the video image shot by the monitoring camera 101, and superimposing the additional information onto a video image of the video display means 16 to display the additional information on the video image, based on the shooting direction information on the monitoring camera 101 acquired by the device state information acquisition means 14 and the positional information on the monitoring object in the monitoring target area acquired by the additional information acquisition means 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
