<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device and a photoelectric conversion module capable of contributing to the improvement of environment resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device 2 comprises: a substrate 5; a photoelectric conversion element 4 provided on the substrate 5; a frame body 6 surrounding a periphery of the photoelectric conversion element 4 in planar view; a flange part 7a provided in the upper part of the photoelectric conversion element 4 with a space from the photoelectric conversion element 4 and protruding in a plane direction to the top face of the substrate 5; and a condensation component 7 in which the flange part 7a and the frame body 6 are joined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
