<p>Obtaining method of organo-mineral fertilizer provides treatment of containing humates the raw materials: peat, sapropel or leonardite; alkali water solution in ratio 1:3 addition therein; mineral substances introduction into received suspension; and received mixture hydrolysis in cavitation apparatus with circulation during 1.0-1.5 h at the temperature 80-100°C and the pressure 3.5-4 atmospheric. Raw materials treatment is carried out during 15-20 min in the ball mill with wet milling, for which purposes water in ratio 1:1 is added therein. Received suspension oxidative fermentation is executed before hydrolysis during 40-60 min; at the same time nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, boron, copper, iron, manganese, molybdenum and zinc are introduced therein as mineral substances, and 5-6% sodium or potassium solution is applied as alkali water solution. Mineral substances are added in such amount, that pH would be 8.5 -9.5.</p> |
