The present invention relates to a method for inhibiting aging or decay of a rice cake using lactic acid bacteria. When using the method for inhibiting aging or decay of the rice cake using lactic acid bacteria of the present invention, aging or decay of foods using grains is inhibited. Accordingly, the rice cake having improved storage property can be manufactured, mass-produced, and distributed for a long time. |
