<p>The invention provides a method which can effective control partial poor shaping of the section bars to be rolled. The rolling control apparatus controls a rolling machine which works in a manner that a working roller (1) performs rolling on the section bar by clamping the section bar. The rolling control apparatus also comprises a shaping control part. The shaping control part controls a plurality of cooling medium sprinklers which are disposed in a plurality zones which are formed by cutting the section bars along the length direction into many pieces. The shaping control part also obtains the real value of rolling by the working roller. The plurality of cooling medium sprinklers sprays cooling medium and the spraying shape of the cooling medium is an ellipse when the spraying mouth is looked at the front. The cooling medium sprinklers spay adjacent areas by inclining the long axis of the ellipse relative to the rotation direction of the working roller. The shaping control part can determine the spray quantity according to information of rolling and control incline of the long axis of the cooling mediums sprayed to adjacent areas.</p> |
