<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a top moire woven or knitted fabric, the method enabling the woven or knitted fabric to have moire appearance enriched in natural feeling, and a desired texture or touch feeling without increasing cost by maintaining a good combined filament condition through a weaving or knitting process. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the woven or knitted fabric comprises: combining a core-sheath type fiber yarn A composed of fibers having a fiber-forming constituent in a core part and a fusible constituent with a melting point lower than that of the fiber-forming constituent in a sheath part with a cellulose fiber yarn B to introduce a combined filament part; integrating at least a part of the combined filament part by thermal fusion-bonding action of the fusible constituent to provide a fused combined fiber yarn; manufacturing a preliminary woven or knitted fabric using the fused combined filament yarn; and then carrying out an alkali reduction processing for treating the preliminary woven or knitted fabric using an alkali agent together with an alkali reduction accelerator to remove at least a part of the fusible constituent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
