<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide closely located buildings that ensure, even if a plurality of buildings are closely located, sunlight and wind coming through from the side on which the buildings face one another. <P>SOLUTION: A land for sale in lots 11 located between roads R1 and R2 extending in the same direction is divided by a first boundary L1 into sections, some on one side of the road and the others on the other side, and is further divided along the roads R1 and R2 by a second boundary L2 into multiple sections. As a result of these division, the land for sale in lots 11 has 4 plots 12a, 12b, 13a and 13b, and free-standing houses 22a, 22b, 23a and 23b are densely built on each plot.
