1. A compound of formula (I):wherein
R1 is H, C1-C10 alkyl, C2-C10 alkenyl, C2-C10 alkynyl, C3-C20 cycloalkyl, C3-C20 cycloalkenyl, C3-C20 heterocycloalkyl, C3-C20 heterocycloalkenyl, aryl, or heteroaryl; R2 is H, C1-C10 alkyl, C3-C20 cycloalkyl, C3-C20 heterocycloalkyl, aryl, or heteroaryl; R3 is C3-C20 heterocycloalkyl, aryl, or heteroaryl; or R3, together with R2 and the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, is C3-C20 heterocycloalkyl, C3-C20 heterocyclo-alkenyl, or heteroaryl; R4 is H, C1-C10 alkyl, C3-C20 cycloalkyl, C3-C20 cycloalkenyl, C3-C20 heterocycloalkyl, C3-C20 heterocycloalkenyl, aryl, heteroaryl, C(O)Ra, C(O)ORa, C(O)NRaRb, C(S)NRaRb, C(═NH)NRaRb, C(═N—CN)NRaRb, C(═N—NO2)NRaRb, S(O)Ra, S(O2)Ra, S(O)NRaRb, or S(O2)NRaRb; R5 is C(O)Ra, C(O)ORa, C(O)NRaRb, C(S)NRaRb, C(═NH)NRaRb, C(═N—CN)NRaRb, C(═N—NO2)NRaRb, S(O)Ra, S(O2)Ra, S(O)NRaRb, or S(O2)NRaRb; in which each of Ra and Rb, independently, is H, C1-C10 alkyl, C3-C20 cycloalkyl, C3-C20 heterocycloalkyl, aryl, or heteroaryl; or Ra, together with Rb and the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, is C3-C20 heterocycloalkyl, C3-C20 heterocycloalkenyl, or heteroaryl; and X is in which R6 is H, C1-C10 alkyl, C3-C20 cycloalkyl, C3-C20 cycloalkenyl, C3-C20 heterocycloalkyl, C3-C20 heterocycloalkenyl, aryl, or heteroaryl. |
