A storage system according to the present invention includes a host which includes a first map table which maps a first logic region on a second logic region and a storage which is connected to the host and includes at least one nonvolatile memory device and a second map table which maps the physical region of at least one nonvolatile memory device on the first logic region or remaps the physical region on the second logic region by a remap command in a writing operation. The host transmits the remap command to the storage when the size of an available space of the first logic region is a preset value or less. |
