<p>The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing fermented broth of Korean aconite root for reducing pain which can be used more safely since toxicity of the Korean aconite root is reduced. The fermented broth of the Korean aconite root is prepared by a method comprising: (S1) a step for harvesting, drying and grinding Korean aconite root; (S2) a step for treating the ground Korean aconite root using steam; (S3) a step for cooling the steam-treated Korean aconite root; (S4) a step for culturing the chilled Korean aconite root by adding 1 to 10% (w/v) of culture solution, which is obtained by mixing Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus natto Sawamura in the weight ratio of 1:2 or 2:1 and then culturing, per total volume of the Korean aconite root; and (S5) a step for glycolysing by adding 1 to 10% (w/v) of culture solution, which is obtained by mixing the cultured beta-amylase and lactobacillus at a one to one ratio and then culturing, per total volume of the fermented broth of the Korean aconite root. The pharmaceutical composition can be safely consumed since the content of a toxic substance aconitine is significantly reduced without a decrease in active ingredients of the Korean aconite root so as to produce a pharmaceutical composition having an effect on pain relief, a specific benefit of the Korean aconite root, thereby being expected to be useful in the relevant field.</p> |
