<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell system capable of efficiently cooling and extinguishing a cell which is generating heat abnormally or has caught fire.SOLUTION: The cell system includes cooling medium flow passages L2, L3 through which a cooling medium comprising a fire retardancy liquid passes, and cells 10, 10 disposed to contact the cooling medium flow passages L2, L3 through a barrier. At least a part of the barrier 41 partitioning the cooling medium flow passages L2, L3 and the cells 10, 10 is formed from a thermoplastic resin capable of hole opening as a result of melting or thermal deformation by abnormal heat generation or ignition of the cell.</p> |
