PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely suppress a toner on the peripheral surface of a developing sleeve from moving to an end in the rotation shaft direction of the developing sleeve to prevent the leakage of the toner.SOLUTION: A developing device 122 includes a developing roller 53, regulation blade 81, and seal member 82, where the seal member 82 has an inner surface part 821 arranged opposite to the peripheral surface of a developing sleeve 532, and the inner surface part 821 has grooves 822 extending in the rotation shaft direction of the developing sleeve 532 and including protrusions 823 appearing like saw teeth in a side view from the rotation shaft direction. |
