The present invention relates to a system, an apparatus, and a method for inducing an archery training manner. The system of the present invention comprises a center-of-gravity meter, a heart rate monitor, and an analysis device. The center-of-gravity meter meters the center of gravity of an athlete and transmits the metered center of gravity. The heart rate monitor measures the heart rate of the athlete and transmits the measured heart rate. The analysis device induces an appropriate level of arousal, which is obtained by quantifying the psychological condition in which the athlete can make the best performance through the heart rate, induces levels of arousal classified by differences between the appropriate level of arousal and the heart rate, receives the heart rate when the athlete shoots from the heart rate monitor to determine the level of arousal corresponding to the received heart rate, induces a psychological training manner in which the athlete can maintain the appropriate level of arousal when the athlete shoots according to the determined level of arousal and the pre-induced training type, and receives the center of gravity when the athlete shots from the center-of-gravity meter to induce a center-of-gravity training manner in which the variation in the center of gravity when the athlete shoots is decreased according to the change in the center of gravity.
