<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for an automobile which is largely reduced in tire weight and rolling resistance without impairing necessary tire performance.SOLUTION: In a tread profile 10 which forms a contour of a tread part 1 at a tire meridian cross section, when cross sections (mm) of a first region A segmented between a pair of first boundary lines L1, L1, a second region B segmented between the first boundary line L1 and a second boundary line L2, and a third region C segmented to a bead toe 31 side rather than the second boundary line L2 are set as SA, SB and SC, respectively, and also when peripheral lengths (mm) along tire internal faces of the first region A to the third region C are set as a, b and c, respectively, ratios of SA/a, SB/b satisfy relationships of 7.5≤SA/a≤11.5, 2.0≤SB/b≤6.0, and a ratio of TDW/SW of tread deployment width TDW and tire total width SW which are measured along the tread profile 10 between a pair of the first boundary lines L1, L1 satisfies a relationship of 0.7≤TDW/SW≤0.95.</p> |
