PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode which can impart superior durability and connection reliability to a dye-sensitized solar cell element, and to provide a dye-sensitized solar cell element having the same.SOLUTION: An electrode 20 for use in a dye-sensitized solar cell 50 includes a metal substrate 21, a catalyst layer 22 or an oxide semiconductor layer 13 provided on the first surface 24 of the metal substrate 21, and a resin layer 23 containing resin provided on the second surface 25 of the metal substrate 21 opposite from the first surface 24. A part of the second surface 25 is a connection region 26 not covered with the resin layer 23. |
