The present invention relates to a mandrel fixating device for a coiler in order to maintain a circumferential direction gap of an exterior wall segment in a mandrel comprising a cylinder-typed inner wall and the exterior wall segment to be separated on the external side of the inner wall in the radial direction and to be separated across the gap in the circumferential direction. The mandrel fixating device for a coiler comprises: a first clamping member and a second clamping member disposed in an inner side and an outer side across the gap of the exterior wall segment; an insertion unit which is protruded in any one or both of the first clamping member and the second clamping member and inserted into the gap of the exterior wall segment; and a fastening member to fasten the first clamping member and the second clamping member to be engaged with the exterior wall segment. Therefore, an external diameter and a length of a boiler panel made of a coil type can be satisfied within an allowed tolerance range by preventing the contraction of the external diameter of the mandrel in a coiling work. |
