PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation transmission device capable of grasping a load applied to a speed-increasing gear or a one-way clutch, preventing failure or early finding failure, and a wind power generation device with the same.SOLUTION: A rotation transmission device 11 has a one-way clutch 7 provided between an output shaft 35 of a speed-increasing gear 3 for increasing a speed of rotation of a main shaft 2 of a wind power generation device 1 and outputting it, and an input shaft 41 of a power generator 4 for generating power from the rotation of the output shaft 35 as an input, integrally rotatably connecting the output shaft 35 and the input shaft 41 while a rotation speed of the output shaft 35 exceeds a rotation speed of the input shaft 41, and disconnecting the output shaft 35 and the input shaft 41 while the rotation speed of the output shaft 35 is lower than the rotation speed of the input shaft 41. The device comprises a measurement part 13 for measuring a state of the one-way clutch 7 varied according to a magnitude of a load given to the one-way clutch 7, and an acquisition part 15 for acquiring a load given to the one-way clutch 7 based on measurement results of the measurement part 13. |
