PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of conventional method where distribution results of economical load distribution using demand forecast are used, as they are, when calculating output command values to a generator and a storage battery subjected to demand control, in a power system, that the supply and demand balance collapses with high possibility if the demand forecast is wrong.SOLUTION: A supply and demand controller calculates an output correction amount for correcting output of a generator from a regional demand, calculates distribution ratio of output to each generator subjected to economical load distribution so as to satisfy a power demand forecast value, and after satisfying the output correction amount, adjusts the generation output of the generator so that the output ratio of each generator approaches the distribution ratio of economical load distribution. |
