<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm part compression device and a sphygmomanometer capable of measuring a blood pressure value at stable accuracy without requiring troublesome work to the general user.SOLUTION: An arm part compression device 1 for compressing an arm part of a person to be measured and arresting the blood flow is configured as follows. The arm part compression device includes: a first pressing part 13 and a second pressing part 23 having prescribed rigidity; fluid bags 30 that are provided on a surface where the first pressing part 13 faces the second pressing part 23 and a surface where the second pressing part 23 faces the first pressing part 13 and, when a fluid flows, inflate to press the arm part; and an energizing member that energizes the first pressing part 13 and the second pressing part 23 so as to clamp the arm part.</p> |
