On one end face 20a of the stationary-side unit 20, on the other hand, a second recess C2 is formed that can be engaged with the first protrusion P1 and on the other end face 20b, a fourth recess C4 is formed that can be engaged with the third protrusion P3. By inverting the movable-side unit 40 from such a state, the third protrusion P3 and the first protrusion P1 are abutted to general portions of the one end face 20a and the other end face 20b of the stationary-side unit 20, and the maximum allowable amplitude is reduced from Am0 to Am1.
