FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics and represents a vaccine composition for inducing an immune response in animals. The composition contains an antigen and a 40% oil-in-water emulsion diluted to 2.5%, wherein the above 40% oil-in-water emulsion contains 30 vl/vl % of light hydrocarbon non-metabolic oil, 10 vl/vl % of lecithin, 0.6 vl/vl % of sorbitan monooleate, 1.4 vl/vl % of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate; the oil component is dispersed in an aqueous component by emulsification, while the vaccine composition is prepared by a microfluidiser.
