FIELD: biotechnologies.SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method of clonal microreproduction of grapes in vitro with decontamination from mycoplasmal infection comprising the micro-grafting of lab plants, their planting in the solid Murashige and Skoog medium without growth stimulants and with decreased content of macronutrients. Meanwhile the nutrient medium is added by the antibiotic gentamycin in two stages: at the first subculturing gentamycin at the concentration 0.05-0.3 ml/l is added; at second stage- gentamycin at the concentration 0.01-0.04 ml/l is added simultaneously with adding of the preparation emistim deluted down to 10-6-10-12 ml/l.EFFECT: offered method allows to improve efficiency of clonal microreproduction of grapes in the culture in vitro, to improve the survival ability and yield of plants cured from mycoplasma with the improved morphogenesis and quality characteristics.7 tbl |
