PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall prevention member installing device installable in one of a scaffold column, without reinstalling in the inverse direction by removing a clamp, when the mutual scaffold columns are closely adjacent.SOLUTION: The fall prevention member installing device 1 is provided with a first clamp 2 for fastening the mutual tips of a pair of first holding pieces opened-closed by a first hinge pin by a first screw member, a first rod member 3 for installing the base end in the first clamp 2 by a first bolt 8 at a right angle between the first hinge pin and the axial direction and installing a fall prevention member P, a second clamp 4 for fastening the mutual tips of a pair of second holding pieces opened-closed by a second hinge pin by a second screw member, a second rod member 5 for installing the base end in a second clamp 4 by a second bolt 11 parallel to the first bolt 8 and having a connection bolt 13 parallel to the second bolt 11 on the tip and a connection member 6 installed on the tip of the first rod member 3 and rotatably and movably supporting the connection bolt 13 between the first rod member and both outside of its extension area. |
