<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilting lock device for vehicle seats capable of reducing an occupation space in a state being assembled with a seat and inhibiting interference between a lock spring and a seat peripheral member.SOLUTION: A lock lever 10 includes a lever body 21 to be engaged with a movable bracket 5, and a bent piece 23 extending substantially orthogonally from the lever body 21. The lever body 21 is disposed at the seat-width-direction outward of a lateral wall 8 of a stationary bracket 4, and the bent piece 23 penetrates through the lateral wall 8 and protrudes to the seat-width-direction inward of the lateral wall 8. A spring support piece 26 is provided at the seat-width-direction inward of the lateral wall 8. A lock spring 27 for energizing the lock lever 10 is disposed at the seat-width-direction inward of the lateral wall 8, and both end portions thereof are connected to the spring support piece 26 and the bent piece 23. The spring support piece 26 is disposed at a space sandwiched between a virtual vertical line La passing through a hinge shaft of the movable bracket 5 and a virtual vertical line passing through a turning shaft of the lock lever 10.</p> |
