PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray computed tomography device and the like that execute pansharpening of a CT low-resolution spectrum image using a high-resolution panchromatic image.SOLUTION: An X-ray computed tomography device reconstructs a high-resolution panchromatic image from energy integrating data acquired using an X-ray tube and an energy integrating detector having multiple first detection elements. The device reconstructs at least one low-resolution spectrum image from spectrum energy data acquired using the X-ray tube and a photon counting detector having multiple second detection elements arrayed at a larger pitch than that of the first detection elements. Then, the device uses the high-resolution panchromatic image to generate at least one high-resolution spectrum image corresponding to at least one low-resolution spectrum image.
