An Achilles's tendon stapler, comprising a first bracket (1), a second bracket (3), a tension adjusting device (24), a first guide sleeve (7), a second guide sleeve (11), a first positioning tube (8) and a second positioning tube (12); the first bracket (1) and the second bracket (3) are connected via the tension adjusting device (24); the internal and external arms of the U-shaped arms of the first bracket (1) and the second bracket (3) are respectively provided with a first positioning hole (9), a first guide hole (10), a second positioning hole (13) and a second guide hole (14); the first guide sleeve (7) is fixed via the first positioning hole (9); one end of the first guide sleeve (7) matches the first guide hole (10); one end of the first positioning tube (8) passes through the inside of the first guide sleeve (7); the second guide sleeve (11) is fixed via the second positioning hole (13); one end of the second guide sleeve (11) matches the second guide hole (14); one end of the second positioning tube (12) passes through the inside of the second guide sleeve (11); and the first positioning tube (8) and the second positioning tube (12) are both provided with a through-hole fitting an Achilles's tendon suture needle (6). The Achilles's tendon stapler simplifies surgical operation, and ensures ideal suturing result.
