PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system permitting early running with a limited battery charge amount.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 100 includes: a battery 55, a fuel cell 1 for generating power according to a load, auxiliary equipment 57 driven by the power from the fuel cell 1, and a converter 56 provided to supply the power from the fuel cell 1 to the battery 55. When the fuel cell 1 is in a low temperature, a controller 6 warms up the self-fuel cell 1 by the power supplied to the auxiliary equipment 57 in a step S103. Further, the controller 6 changes the current of the fuel cell 1 by exchanging power with the battery 55 during the warm up in a step S104, and estimates a current voltage characteristic of the fuel cell 1 on the basis of a current and a voltage value acquired at that time. The controller 6 shortens the estimation interval of the current voltage characteristic according to the warm up state of the fuel cell 1 in the step S104. |
