PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a built-in cooking stove in which a grip part of a grill door is provided at an upper part, and which can reduce temperature rise of the grip part.SOLUTION: A grip part 9 of a grill door 8 includes a horizontal part 41 and an inclined part 42. The horizontal part 41 is a portion extending frontward and horizontally from a front surface upper part of an upper side surface plate part of the grill door 8. The inclined part 42 is a portion being inclined downward from an edge of the horizontal part 41 to the front. The horizontal part 41 projects further frontward than a projection part 52 of a kitchen counter 50. Therefore, the horizontal part 41 overlaps with a lower part of the projection part 52 of the kitchen counter 50, and it hardly touches a user's hand. Furthermore, as the inclined part 42 is provided by being inclined downward from the edge of the horizontal part 41 to the front, the user can operate the grill door 8 by having his/her hand on the inclined part 42 separated from the grill door 8. Thereby, discomfort which the user feels by the heat can be reduced. |
