PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cyclic azine compounds combining a triazine skeleton or pyrimidine skeleton useful as components of an organic electroluminescence device and an adamanthyl skeleton, a manufacturing method thereof, and an organic electroluminescence device using the compound in at least one of organic compound layers and being characterized by high performance, low voltage and high durability.SOLUTION: This invention provides cyclic azine compounds which are represented by a compound manufactured by a coupling reaction of a following formula, and an organic electroluminescence device using the cyclic azine compound as an electronic transport layer.
