Method for providing two shoes (1) simultaneously, the shoes (1) having an upper (2) and an outsole (3) by use of an apparatus (5), said apparatus (5) comprising two lasts (6) upon which the upper (2) is arranged; a mould comprising an upper mould part (7) and a lower mould part (16), said upper mould part (7) comprising three parts; a first side frame (8) and a second side frame (9) and between them a middle frame (10), said first and second side frame (8, 9) being laterally movable in relation to the middle frame (10) and in relation to the lower mould part (16); where the movements in relation to the lower mould part (16) takes place between a first and a second position, said mould comprising two cavities (15′, 15″) and the method comprising the steps
providing two outsoles (3) in the lower mould part (16), placing an upper (2) in each cavity (15′, 15″) when moving the lasts (6) into the two cavities (15′, 15″), moving the two side frames (8, 9) in a straight and linear movement towards the middle frame (10) from the first position to the second position, whereby each side frame (8, 9) abuts the upper (2) placed in the cavity (15′,15″), and whereby the middle frame (10) abuts both uppers, injecting a composition into a space between the upper (2) and the outsole (3) for connecting the outsole (3) to the upper (2) and for making a midsole (4), moving the lower mould part (16) towards the upper (2) from a third to a fourth position, said lower mould part (16) being vertically movable in relation to the upper mould part (7) between the third and the fourth position. |
