PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processor capable of enhancing the quality of instructions made by an instructor for instructing plural object persons.SOLUTION: The medical information processor includes: an acquisition section; a calculation section; a determination section; and an output control section. The acquisition section acquires a piece of operation information representing an operation made by an object person for each object person in plural object persons each of whom makes a predetermined operation respectively. The calculation section calculates an index value representing implementation status of a predetermined operation for each object person based on the operation information of the object person. The output control section outputs the index value.
