<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately detect a frame portion from an image in which an imprint is captured.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 100 comprises: an image acquisition unit 6e that acquires a captured image in which an imprint with code information added to a frame portion is captured; a straight line estimation unit 6c that in the acquired captured image, estimates a predetermined number of straight lines which compose an outer contour of the frame portion, and correspond to the number of corners of a polygonal frame of a seal; and a frame detection unit 6d that detects the frame portion in the captured image composed of the predetermined number of estimated straight lines.</p> |
