<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordering information processing system and an order information processing method capable of notifying service timing of drink menu and dessert menu to an order terminal.SOLUTION: The ordering information processing system includes: an ordering terminal that has an order data storage that stores data of ordered article and an order data transmission section that transmits the data of the ordered article stored in the order data storage; an order server that calculates servicing timing based on the data of ordered article transmitted from the ordering terminal, which is stored in the order data management section, and service desired timing included in the order data; and a kitchen terminal that receives a cooking start instruction of the ordered article transmitted from the ordering terminal or the order server and notifies completion of ordered article.</p> |
