A diffusion part diffuses light guided by the optical fiber 21. A light guide part 82 is provided between the diffusion part and an analyte and emits light from a light emission end to the analyte. An ultrasonic vibrator 12 detects a photoacoustic wave generated in the analyte after light emission to the analyte. |
